Recreational Rhythmic Gymnastics
Our introduction to rhythmic gymnastics program was designed to introduce children to rhythmic gymnastics to help them discover what the sport is all about.
Beginner - Ages 3-5
This preschool class is designed to promote body awareness and self esteem through rhythmic gymnastics exercise and serves as a foundation for basic skills development for all sports. This class will focus on body positions, flexibility, strength, balance, muscular and cardiovascular, endurance, good posture and coordination. This class also teaches colors, numbers and letters by incorporating them in class activities. We are using colorful balls, hoops, ropes, ribbons to develop eye and hand coordination. Music is a very important aspect of rhythmic gymnastics and students are introduced to many different types. Most of all, with the little ones, we are having a lot of fun.
Beginner/Intermediate - Ages 5 to 8
These classes are based on United States of America Gymnastics (USAG) Rhythmic program. These classes focus on learning fundamental rhythmic gymnastics body movements, apparatus techniques, ball, hoop, ribbon, rope and clubs.
USAG Team
Our competitive program classes curriculum is based on USAG Rhythmic Junior Olympics Program levels and is designed for children who are interested in learning advanced rhythmic gymnastics competitions, performances and recitals. These do require some dedication, but the results are extremely rewarding. Not only is it fun to learn more difficult and interesting skills (body and apparatus), it's also fun to compete and enjoy the results of your hard work.
Competition teaches children good sportsmanship, responsibility, determination, commitment, goal setting and more. In addition to all these important life lessons, it's also fun to wear pretty leotards and show what you can do!
USAG Junior Olympics Program:
This program is designed for levels 3-10 program and interested in competitive gymnastics. Gymnasts will refine and prefect their skills for competitions at State, Regional, and National levels. The rhythmic gymnast at this level work on specialized body techniques and ballet and advanced apparatus skills such as handling with ball,hoop,ribbon,rope and clubs.
ANS Rhythmics Team is by invitation only
Competitive Team levels- Rhythmic gymnast attend any were from 6-20 hours of team training a week based on skills level.

Flexibility & Conditioning
This class is designed for skaters, dancers, cheerleaders and other athletes who are focusing on flexibility and strength.
