Beginner Classes- Ages (4-6)
Our beginner classes for ages 4–6 introduce rhythmic gymnastics in a fun, supportive environment while teaching essential life skills such as focus, confidence, discipline, and teamwork. Through movement, music, and colorful apparatus—ball, hoop, rope, and ribbon—children develop coordination, flexibility, balance, and body awareness while building a strong foundation for all sports.

Flexibility & Conditioning Classes

Designed to support our rhythmic gymnastics program, these classes are also excellent for outsiders such as: dancers, cheerleaders, and other athletes looking to improve mobility, lines, and overall performance.
Private Training
Private lessons at ANS Rhythmics offer individualized, one-on-one training tailored to each athlete’s specific goals, technique, and level. These sessions are ideal for accelerated progress, skill refinement, and focused flexibility and apparatus work, and are especially popular with homeschool students seeking daytime training options.
