About ANS Rhythmics:
We believe that whether our gymnast wants to be an Olympian, increase flexibility for another sport, or just want to live a healthy lifestyle, ANS Rhythmics will teach the skills needed to be successful. Our staff teaches a wide variety of classes for all ages and levels, from toddler to adult, and beginner to competitive. Through careful guidance, positive encouragement, and qualified staff, we develop young girls into confident, strong, and healthy young women.

ANS Rhythmics is a family owned business that was founded and started by Petra Frank with inspiration of daughter, Ashley Simpson. They love to teach the beautiful sport of rhythmic gymnastics and give back their passion, while teaching kids life long lessons that they will never forget.
