Ashley Simpson brings over 15 years of rhythmic gymnastics experience to the ANS team. Trained by former Romanian National Team member Elinor Smoljan, Ashley is a three-time Junior Olympian, two-time Future Star Member, three-time State Champion, three-time Regional Champion, and former USA National Competitor. With 15 years of coaching experience, Ashley is also a USAG certified National Judge in Rhythmic Gymnastics and holds a degree in Business Administration.
Throughout her coaching career, Ashley has successfully trained numerous Texas State Champions, Regional Champions, National Champions, and Future Star Members. Her deep passion for rhythmic gymnastics drives her to impart her extensive knowledge and skills to her gymnasts, helping them to reach their full potential.
Ashley’s approach to coaching goes beyond teaching gymnastics; she instills discipline and lifelong values that her athletes can carry with them throughout their lives. She believes in leading by example, demonstrating techniques, and being a positive role model for her students. With her unwavering love, passion, and expertise, Ashley is dedicated to turning her dream of creating champions into reality.
Coach Ashley is a USAG Professional Coach, USAG Certified Rhythmic Judge, Rhythmic Meet Director, and USAG Safety Certified. She has also passed all USAG background checks required to work with children.

Petra Frank
Founder , Owner, and Coach: Petra Frank -has trained exceptional athletes for over 30 years, including former Future Stars, State , Regional Champions , and National Champions, as well as Junior Olympians. Gymnastics is embedded with Coach Petra's passion to teach the beautiful sport and to instill the love of rhythmic gymnastic in each of her gymnasts. Petra trained under Lodena Edgecumbe, a world renowned ballerina.
Although "fun" is a major aspect of ANS Rhythmics, self- discipline and hard work are the way to success. Most often athletes are passionate about the sport and are determined to succeed. A driving force called sportsmanship or athletic personality will produce positive results during competitions.This will also help athletes throughout their entire life; they will have a better chance of succeeding in anything they do due to their self-discipline and determination.

Naomi Skotnikov
Team Coach
Naomi is a distinguished former three-time Junior and Senior USA National Team member who competed at the highest levels, representing the United States both nationally and internationally from 2018 to 2023. During her illustrious career, she earned over 20 international medals, became a 9-time Elite Level 10 gymnast, and was crowned the Elite National Champion in both hoop and ribbon. Naomi also trained and competed with the USA FIG Junior Group and was consistently selected by USAG to train at the prestigious Elite Squad camps at the Olympic Training Center from the age of 9 until she was 15.
Her years of dedication, tireless training under Olympic and world champion coaches, collaboration with renowned ballet and LA dance instructors, and experience with Cirque du Soleil performers have shaped her into a unique and innovative coach and choreographer. Naomi's exceptional achievements on the national and international stage are a testament to her commitment and passion for the sport.
Naomi now channels her extensive experience and technical expertise into her choreography and instruction, where she combines her creative flair with a personalized approach to guide and empower motivated gymnasts. Her goal is to help her students transform into exceptional athletes, unlocking their full potential by harmonizing technical mastery with artistic expression.

Beginner & Rec. Head Coach
Evgeniia's (Jane) professional career is connected with figure skating. Evgenia was a member of the Tatarstan figure skating team. She competed in the Master of Sports category. Evgenia graduated from a medical university but connected her life with sports and a healthy lifestyle. Jane is engaged in the physical training of young gymnasts and choreography. Jane has extensive personal training experience and is also a specialist in the field of movements which applies to all fileds in rhythmic gymnastics. She is a certified USAG Rhythmics Gymnastics and works with adults/children who have problems with the musculoskeletal system, as well as during rehabilitation after injuries. The presence of medical (anatomical) knowledge and professional sports knowledge in the training system helps Jane find the right approach to training gymnasts.

Willow Parsell
Assistant Coach
Willow has been involved in rhythmic gymnastics for 13 years and trained under a former Kazakhstan National Champion. As a rhythmic gymnast, she holds multiple local, state, regional, and national titles. She has been a member of the region 6 Regional Team 4 times in her career and competed at the Junior Olympics a total of 5 times. Willow has been coaching for 6 years now and retired as a level 10 pro gymnast in 2019. Outside of rhythmic, she spends her time at UT Dallas as a Biology major, with aspirations to go to dental school.
Coach Willow is also a USAG Professional Coach, USAG Safety Certified, and passed all the USAG background checks to work with children.

Viktoria Pomposhova
Assistant Coach
Viktoria has competed in rhythmic gymnastics for 9 years, holding several local, state, and regional titles. In 2018, she qualified for the Region 6 regional team, and competed at the USAG Junior Olympics. Viktoria is now a Company member of the Ballet Ensemble of Texas, and has performed roles including Snowflake, Waltz of the Flowers, Maid, Arabian, and Spanish in the Nutcracker, along with Arabian Doll and Villager Girl in Coppelia, and a Flower Fairy in A Midsummer Night's Dream. She also competed at the 2023 Universal Ballet Competition Semi-Finals in Atlanta, GA, and received a rating of High Gold, qualifying her for the Finals. Viktoria has been coaching for 2 years now, working with gymnasts of all levels. She currently attends Coppell High School, and in her free time enjoys playing the clarinet, for which she has also received multiple awards and recognitions, including a Director’s Choice Award, Outstanding Soloist, and being a multiple-time member of the All-City and All-Region Bands.

Valentina has been an valuable part of the rhythmic gymnastics community for over 8 years. As a dedicated mother of three incredible daughters who train at ANS Rhythmics—one of whom competes at a professional level—Valentina's commitment to the sport is deeply personal and professional. Her passion for rhythmic gymnastics shines through in everything she does.
With a degree in Business Administration and extensive experience as an administrative professional, Valentina has been the backbone of ANS Rhythmics. Her exceptional organizational skills ensure that every aspect of the gym’s operations runs smoothly. Valentina’s meticulous attention to detail, combined with her warm and approachable nature, makes her the "glue" that holds the team together. Her ability to juggle the demands of a busy gym while maintaining a positive environment has made her an irreplaceable asset to the ANS family.
