ANS Rhythmics is a premier rhythmic gymnastics academy in the DFW Metroplex and a proud member of the USA Gymnastics Olympic Program. Known for elite training and proven results, ANS is one of the most successful rhythmic gymnastics programs in Texas, developing athletes from beginner through national and international levels. Led by Principal Coach Ashley Simpson, a decorated USA national and international athlete, nationally ranked judge and coach, ANS provides structured training focused on discipline, technical excellence, artistry and confidence. ANS is a family owned business.
